Dialectic Bridge

6th through 8th Grade

The Dialectic Bridge program invites learners to build upon their foundation of knowledge while beginning to grow in the early skills of rhetoric. Bridge classes guide students through writing, science, history, the Great Books (literature), logic, philosophy, and foreign language helping them connect ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and prepare for the stage ahead. 


  • Classes meet Mondays from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  •  At the instructor’s recommendation, some classes meet two days per week to allow for deeper study and discussion 
  • All classes are 75 minutes long
  • All classes follow the Sabbath Block schedule with 4 weeks of instruction followed by one week of Sabbath rest for a total of 28 weeks
  • Thursday Enrichment Opportunities: Foreign Language Clubs, Competitive Debate Team, Drama, Art, Field Trips and Special Projects
  • Each day begins with Community Worship - an opportunity for all of our families to center their hearts on God and devote the day to Him
