Rhetoric Hall

9th - 12th Grade

 Rhetoric Hall invites learners to step into the mature work of expressing truth with clarity, beauty, and conviction. Here, students refine the skills of communication, persuasion, and thoughtful leadership as they engage deeply with writing, speech, theology, history, science, philosophy and the Great Books. Rhetoric Hall cultivates wisdom, virtue, and worshipful learning as students learn to articulate what is good, true, and beautiful. 


  • Classes meet Mondays from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  •  At the instructor’s recommendation, some classes may also meet on Thursdays from 9:00 - Noon to allow for deeper study and discussion. 
  • All classes are 75 minutes long
  • Follows the Sabbath Block schedule with 4 weeks of instruction and one week of Sabbath rest for 30 weeks
  • Thursday Enrichment Options: Foreign Language Clubs, Field Trips and Special Projects
  • Each Monday we'll start our day with Family Worship - an opportunity for all of our families and classes to center our hearts on God and devote the day to Him
